Therefore, the only way that one can enhance good hygiene is by making sure that they are clean al, the time. With good hygiene maintained, an individual in a position to avoid unnecessary illnesses. Also, good hygiene enhances an increase in one’s self-esteem as one is socially upright.
Maintaining a social life is also another aspect to practice self care. One of the most common ways in which one can maintain a social life is by making sure that there are friends around. By having friends around to share burdens with, one is able to realize the stress in their minds thus shifting their attention from something that has been a nuisance. It also helps an individual in creating a sense of belonging. Also, one should ensure that they engage themselves in social activities.
